They get to keep the stuff when they are the active sim - don't switch sims when in the progress of any move! So thats what I've been doing wrong! lol. If I have 40 of them and want to move half to a second sims so we can both use them to fish, I would have to open the stack and move them one at a time. I've just tried using DebugEnbaler to move objects to Family Inventory, it seems to work as I want, when a sim splits from household, the stuff goes with them. You can only move the Sims family within your current household. Sorting inventory doesn't loosen them, so that's useless. Why can't they bring their furniture with them? Any okay, furniture moved to personal inventory from family inventory using DebugEnabler can't be moved back, which is what I expected - in fact they can't be moved at all, they're stuck! lol. Or even when using MasterController's 'Add Sim' to another house I think would suit them better, they lose their posessions. Obviously it's easier when moving the whole family, they can either sell or bring their stuff with them, but I always have trouble when evicting or splitting families, which makes me not want to use those options but at times they're the only suitable choices. I really don't want her to have to sell them and then buy them again. Is there some way she can keep those things? Transfer them to another households inventory as safekeeping and then get them back? (Ha! Nope, I just tried it, what a mess lol). I know when she moves out, whatever is left in the family inventory will stay with the family.
